The menu showcases a veritable who’s who of meats in all forms, sourced from the very best beef and lamb producers. Don’t settle for anything less than the perfect slab, ours are certified USDA Prime and boast superior marbling while being free-range, humanely raised, GMO-free, and receive no hormones or antibiotics. Quality beef is carefully selected from the highest pedigree and defined by breed and feed. You will find dishes like Butcher Cut’s Tomahawk Steak, Prime Porterhouse Steak, and T-bone Steak, all hand-cut in-house by our butcher then dry-aged for a minimum of 21 days in our meat locker, which can be found on-premise.
