Butcher’s Cut’s specialty on seasonal and fresh ingredients is the perfect fit for the West Coast. Our menu demonstrates an authentic variety of meats in all forms, originated from the very best beef and lamb producers. Don’t settle for less our meats are certified by USDA Prime. We provide superior marbling while being free-range, humanely raised, GMO-free, with no hormones or antibiotics. This high-quality beef is thoroughly selected from the utmost highest pedigree. You will find Tomahawk Steaks, Prime Porterhouse Steaks, and T-bone Steaks, all cut by hand in-house by our butcher then dry-aged for a minimum of 21 days in our meat locker. Our dry-aged meats bring out extraordinary flavors that will exceed your expectations and leave you wanting more.

Your family at Butchers Cut is very excited to be back! We are cautiously optimistic as our community starts to open for business. Firstly, Butchers Cut is putting our people first. We are strictly re-enforcing all the proper sanitation practices to keep our team and guests healthy. We require all of our staff to pass a health check prior to each shift and wear a mask at all times. We are also educating on social distancing in the workplace.
